2014 NBA Playoffs: Conference Finals Preview

Yes, the Pacers have already won Game 1.

So, at the end of the day, I was only one team off. I’m not gonna get into the Clippers/Thunder series for two reasons: 1- not gonna change anything, 2- the window to complain has passed.

The top two seeds in each conference have advanced, which I don’t really care for to be honest. Like, I’ll watch I guess. But I have zero interest in any of the four teams.

On the bright side, it means there will be no bias in the upcoming predictions. Head down below, as always.

IamSu! – Sincerely Yours (Album)

iDre favorite IamSu! has finally released his debut album Sincerely Yours. I wanted to write a review for it upon its release, but I was a little late in picking it up, so I’ll probably leave it for next week.

Dope album nonetheless; Suzy shows off his versatility as he both raps, sings and produces a lot of the tracks on here. At first I was a bit turned away by the slower, smoother sound he was going for, but it flows really well as an album and the sequencing is really good.

2014 NBA Playoffs: Conference Semifinals Preview

It’s a few hours before tip-off, and I may have kinda just a bit forgotten about this. I was 5-for-8 as far as predicting teams, and pretty much all the way off on games played.

Except for Raps/Nets.. And had it not been for Dame Lillard and that insane shot, I would’ve gotten Rox/Blazers too.

Anyway, I don’t know if Round 2 will live up to the expectations of the first. The teams to do it are there, it’s just a matter of them showing up and playing at their highest level.
